Built because we needed it ourselves

Some tools became so expensive, or fitted so poorly, that we built them ourselves. They run every day for us and for our clients. Now we can put them to work for you too, adapted to the way your business works.

Servers we manage ourselves
Our software runs on our own servers in Belgium and on bare-metal servers in Germany.

A cookie banner and consent management that stay in your own hands.

If you manage several websites, you pay a cookie platform a subscription for every site. We managed the cookie banners of more than fifty websites, and the costs kept adding up. So we built our own Cookie Manager.

  • Self-hosted. The banner runs on our servers in Europe, not with a third party.
  • Fast. The banner loads as a single small file, with no extra network traffic when your page loads.
  • Consent Mode v2. Google Ads, Meta and Matomo are told correctly what your visitor consented to.
  • Weekly cookie scan. We automatically check which cookies your site actually sets, so your cookie policy is accurate.
  • Insight. You see how many visitors give consent, per site and per choice.
  • Multilingual. Dutch, French and English.

Who it’s for: companies with one or more websites that want to get rid of their subscription and have their consent management properly sorted. Included with the websites we build.

Rule Zero ERP

An e-commerce ERP that connects your online shop, your marketing and your logistics.

We built it for our own online shop Rule Zero, and it has run there since day one. The ERP calculates, suggests and directs. The online shop carries it out.

  • Purchasing and stock: purchasing advice based on sales, stock and lead times, pre-orders and reservations.
  • Orders and invoices: order processing, invoices and credit notes, payments and refunds.
  • Shipping with bpost: direct integration, track and trace, and checking the carrier invoices per parcel.
  • Marketing channels: product feeds for Google, Meta and Microsoft that filter on margin and stock, and emails for abandoned baskets, failed payments and reviews.
  • Analysis: from every session to the order, with revenue and margin per channel, per email and per product.
  • AI assistant: through an MCP server you can ask questions of your own business data. “What do we need to reorder?” “What was our margin last month?”

Who it’s for: WooCommerce shops that have outgrown their plugins and spreadsheets. We adapt the ERP to your products, your suppliers and your processes.

Advocacy Hub

Let your employees and ambassadors extend your reach.

Your employees are your best ambassadors, but they often don’t see your company posts, or see them too late. Advocacy Hub picks up every new post on your LinkedIn company page and lets the right people know straight away, by email or with a notification. They like, share and comment, and your post reaches many times your number of followers.

  • Automatic. You post as usual; the rest happens by itself.
  • Configurable per page: who gets a notification, how often it checks, on which days.
  • Email, webhook or API: the notification arrives where your people will see it.
  • In their language. At Luminus Solutions, employees get the notification in the language they choose.

Who it’s for: companies that take LinkedIn seriously and want to activate their employees, customers or partners.

How it works

  1. Call. We look at whether the software fits what you need.
  2. Adapt and install. We set up the software, connected to your systems, and adapt it where needed.
  3. Hosting. The software runs on our servers in Belgium or Germany, or on your own server.
  4. Support. We follow up, keep everything up to date and keep building as your business grows.

Your data remains yours, and so does what we build specifically for you. The software itself, with the code and the infrastructure behind it, remains ours.

Questions we often get

What about backups?

We back up databases several times a day. For websites and applications we take full backups, stored on two servers in two locations, on top of the backups on the hosting server itself. We also back up the entire server infrastructure.

How do you secure the applications you build?

With mandatory two-factor authentication, roles and permissions per user, passwords and keys kept out of the code, Cloudflare and firewalls in front of the servers, and logging of what happens. AI only gets read access to your data, per user, revocable and logged.

Where does the software you build run?

On our own physical servers in Belgium, or on bare-metal servers in a data centre in Germany. If you want the software on your own server, that's possible too.

What is an MCP server?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a standard that lets an AI assistant such as Claude talk securely to your own systems. With an MCP server, that assistant can, for example, look into your ERP or CRM with read-only access and answer questions like "What do we need to reorder this week?". At Rule Zero that works every day.

What is Consent Mode v2 and do I need it?

Consent Mode v2 tells Google Ads and other platforms what consent your visitor gave. If you advertise on Google in Europe, you need it for conversions and remarketing to work properly.

Why do you build your own software?

Because we needed it ourselves, and existing solutions became too expensive or didn't fit. Our Cookie Manager replaces a paid cookie platform on more than fifty websites, and the Rule Zero ERP runs our own online shop. What works for us, we now also deploy for clients.

What does the BeMarketing Cookie Manager do?

It shows a fast cookie banner, stores your visitor's choice, passes it on correctly to Google, Meta and Matomo via Consent Mode v2, and checks every week which cookies your site actually sets. Self-hosted, in Dutch, French and English.

Which online shops is the Rule Zero ERP suitable for?

For WooCommerce shops that have outgrown their plugins and spreadsheets, where purchasing, stock, pre-orders, shipping via bpost and marketing need to be aligned. We adapt it to your products, suppliers and processes.

More questions (3)
Does the Rule Zero ERP work with bpost?

Yes. There's a direct integration with bpost, including track and trace and checking the shipping invoices per parcel.

What does Advocacy Hub do?

It picks up every new post on your LinkedIn company page and lets your employees, customers or ambassadors know straight away, by email or with a notification. They like, share and comment, and your post reaches far more people.

Can I buy or use the software separately?

We deploy the software for clients, adapted to their situation, hosted by us or by you. In a call we look at what suits you.
