Why our own online shop
Rule Zero is Bjorn’s online shop, a passion project in trading card games. Started from scratch, without distributors or an existing customer base. It is also our test bed: what we build and test there, we then roll out for clients.
What the figures say
In the first three months (August to early November 2026), Rule Zero achieved almost 400 orders and more than €50,000 in revenue including VAT. Since the launch, 542 visitors have come in via AI assistants such as ChatGPT, with the lowest bounce rate of all channels.
Its own ERP from day one
Under the WooCommerce online shop runs an ERP we built ourselves. It calculates, suggests and drives:
- purchasing advice based on sales, stock and delivery times, with pre-orders and reservations;
- orders, invoices and credit notes;
- shipping via bpost, with track and trace and a check of the carrier invoices per parcel;
- product feeds for Google, Meta and Microsoft that filter on margin and stock;
- emails for abandoned baskets, failed payments and reviews, with the revenue they brought back;
- its own session log that shows, for every order, which channel the customer came in through.
Through an MCP server, Bjorn uses Claude to ask the ERP questions: “What do we need to reorder this week?” The AI can only read, with the same permissions as in the screens.
The ERP is also available for other online shops. See software.
