About IO Biotech
IO Biotech develops cancer immunotherapies and has been listed on NASDAQ since November 2021.
The brief
In the run-up to its IPO, IO Biotech was looking for a long-term partner for its website. The old Joomla site had to be replaced, and biotech moves fast: quick support after the launch was just as important as the site itself.
What we did
- A custom design in WordPress.
- An integration that automatically syncs news between the corporate site and the investor relations site.
- Weekly maintenance, strict security and a real-time firewall.
The result
The site went live more than two months before the IPO. Press releases and changes go online the same working day. And after tens of thousands of hacking attempts, which is not unusual for a biotech company, the site is as clean as it was at launch.
